Where we ship
We currently ship across India. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or military addresses.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days of being placed.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. Remote and rural areas may take a few days longer.
- You will receive tracking details by email or SMS as soon as your order ships.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹2,000 and above.
- Orders below ₹2,000 have a shipping charge of ₹150.
- Product prices include GST. Shipping charges are extra, as applicable, and are shown at checkout.
Receiving your parcel
- If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged, you may refuse the delivery. If you accept it, please take photos (or an unboxing video) before opening and email support@nyume.in.
- Report any damaged, defective, wrong or missing item within 3 days of delivery, as set out in our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.
- We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Each order can go to one address only.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates. Courier delays, weather or other events beyond our control can occasionally slow things down. If your order has not been delivered within 15 days of dispatch, you may ask for a full refund under our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.
