FAQ
Who Is Behind NyuMe?
NyuMe is built around Ana, whose maternal family has been in fine silver for generations through Beliram's, a heritage silverware and gifting house that has served royalty and discerning collectors since 1950. The venture was formally opened by Indu Jain, a senior member of the family whose decades spent around silver shaped how NyuMe was built from day one.
Is NyuMe's Jewelery Designed In-House?
No.. Every collection is sourced from top Jewelery manufacturers with stringent in-house quality checks, led by Ana's eye for pared-back, Korean-influenced design and checked against the standards she grew up around in her family's silver business.
How Can I Get in Touch With NyuMe?
For order queries, write to support@nyume.in or message us on Instagram [insert handle]. For anything else, use the Contact Us page on nyume.in.
What Makes NyuMe Different From Other Fashion Jewelery?
NyuMe exists because of a simple refusal to accept Jewelery that dulls, spots, or falls apart after a handful of wears. Every piece is held to a finish and durability standard drawn from a family already decades deep in the silver business, priced instead for how women actually get dressed every day, not saved for one occasion.
What Finishes Does NyuMe Offer?
NyuMe works across 925 sterling silver, Korean-finish gold plating, moissanite, stainless steel, and freshwater pearls, so there is a finish for daily wear and one for occasions that call for a little more shine.
How Does NyuMe Keep Its Jewelery From Tarnishing?
Every 925 SIlver & Moissanite piece is plated and finished to hold up to daily wear, water, and the odd knock, not just a single outing. The standard is the same across the range: it should look as good in six months as it does the day it arrives.
Does NyuMe's Family History in Silver Show Up in the Product?
It shows up in the standard more than in the story. Growing up around a family silver business worked to painstaking accuracy since 1950 set the bar for what “well made” means at NyuMe, even though Nyume's own pieces are made for daily rotation and fast style changes rather than as heirloom silverware.
So You. So Nyu.
